Holiday Toy and Food Drive

Help out local needy children and families this holiday season! We are accepting donations for non-perishable food items and new/used toys until Dec 18^th. This will ensure that volunteers have enough time to deliver these items before Christmas. We highly encourage everyone to participate as the holidays often present a difficult time for some families. Together, we can help make this time of year a bit brighter for those in need.

Self-Defense Seminar - Winter 2010

Our first Self-Defense Seminar has officially been set! We are happy to have a special guest RCMP instructor joining us on Saturday, December 4^th at Peak Performance from 2:00pm-3:30pm (Students ages 9yrs+) and 3:30pm-5:00pm (Adults). Fees for the seminar are: Students - $10, Parents - $30, Non-members $40.
